The Tverskoy district court fined the activist of the Novel Roslavtsevaarrested in early October near the Kremlin with a sign reading “Not afraid 212.1″ and the mask of Vladimir Putin at 300 thousand rubles under part 8 of article 20.2 of the administrative code (“the Repeated violation of the established procedure of organizing or conducting public actions”), reports “OVD-info”.

The lawyer of the Fund “Public verdict” Nikolay Zboroshenko, representing the interests of Roslavtseva, explained that the maximum fine under the specified part of the article of the administrative code.

According to Zboroshenko, on the court it was about the arrest Roslavtseva, which occurred on 5 October. That day the activist was detained at the red square in the mask Putin and with the poster “Not afraid 212.1″ article of the Criminal code on “repeated” violations at public events, provides up to five years in prison for “repeated violation of the rules of holding public events”. On 14 October, the Tverskoy district court of Moscow sentenced Roslavtseva to 20 days of administrative arrest.

Roslavtseva known as “an activist in the mask Putin”, has been repeatedly arrested for protests against a single article 212.1 of the criminal code. The first convicted under this article has become an activist Ildar Dading, was sentenced to two and a half years in prison.
