Russian biathlete Alexander Loginov has won the second place in the sprint race at 10 km in the framework of the European championship in the Polish town of Duszniki zdrój.
After victory in the individual race Alexander lost to Bulgarian Vladimir Iliev in the fight for gold in the sprint of 4.9 seconds, according to the press service of the Russian biathlon Union.
The result of the winner was 24 minutes 26.9 seconds. While Iliev ran one penalty loop and logins were definitely shot.
The third step of the podium went to another representative of Bulgaria – Krasimir Anev. As logins, he had shot without mistakes.
Recall that 24-year-old Alexander Loginov 25 November last year returned after a two-year suspension for use of banned drug recombinant erythropoietin.
