Russian forward Alexander Radulov scored the first goal in the club’s National hockey League (NHL) “Montreal Canadiens”, which played its third match.

He scored in the third period of the meeting of the regular season with the current holder of the Stanley Cup “Pittsburgh” (4:0), having the most. Forward speed got the puck at the entrance to another area, a feint has laid on ice of the defender, paused and hit the back of Marc-Andre Fleury.

“It’s nice to win the first home match – quoted Radulov Sportsnet. The fans today were incredible, I barely heard from the bench. Everything was great. It was important to get this victory.”

We will remind that 30-year-old Radulov returned to the NHL after a four year break, during which the forward played for CSKA Moscow. In the period from 2006 to 2008 and in 2012, the Russians played in the NHL for the Nashville.

In July Montreal announced the signing of an annual contract with Alexander, who moved to the canadian club as a free agent.
