Special aircraft of MES in the evening of 4 March, delivered in the airfield near Moscow Ramenskoye bodies of four rescuers who died on February 28, during search operations in an emergency the mine “North” in Komi.

At the airport, as reported by “Interfax”, the special flight was met by an honor guard and the standard group of EMERCOM of Russia with national flag of Russia. Employees of EMERCOM of Russia expressed condolences to the families and friends of those killed in the accident at the mine in Vorkuta rescuers and miners.

February 25 on mine “Northern” there was a sudden emission of methane, which led to two explosions. At the moment of failure underground there were 111 people. Four miners were killed, the fate of the 26 miners remained unknown.

During the night of 28 February, while conducting search and rescue operations in the mine a third explosion. Killed six people, five of them – the Pechora rescuers of paramilitary mine rescue squad of the EMERCOM of Russia, one – worker of mine.

In total, according to Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, who headed a government Commission to help the victims and the families of those killed in the accident, the victims can take 36 people, including the victims of rescuers. The court in Vorkuta on March 4 officially recognized killed 26 miners.
