A resident of Dagestan, who was detained in connection with the militants during interrogation confessed that he was the suicide bomber who planned the attack against the police, reports “Interfax” citing a source in law enforcement bodies of the region.

We are talking about the residents of Kaspiysk Magomed Hasanbekova, born in 1998. According to security officials, he is a participant of “sleeping cells” of militants, detained on September 25 Kaspiysk. “During interrogation, he admitted that he was trained in suicide bombers, and he intended to make up for “Dzhemikentskaya” post in the Derbent region of the Republic,” said
the Agency interlocutor.

According to the Agency, this cell was linked to the “Tabasaran” gang, which was neutralized shortly after the special operation in Kaspiysk.

Gasanbekov said that he gave the belt of a suicide bomber Aslan Abdurakhmanov, nicknamed “Abdulwahed” eliminated together with said Saidov and Arsen Suleymanov on September 24 in the Tabasaran district. Gasanbekov revealed during interrogations that were preparing for the suicide bombing on videomaterial on the Internet and kept in touch with militants from Syria.
