The Bank of Russia c November 18, withdrew the license for banking operations of the Moscow Bank “Metropol” and “OLMA-Bank” and “National mortgage Bank” (Nzbank, Moscow region, city Dolgoprudny). By order of the Central Bank in the organization appointed a temporary administration, reports the press service of the regulator.
The assets of “Metropol” on November 1, 2016 377 took place in the Russian banking system, “OLMA-Bank” – 611-e a place, Nzbank – 375-e a place.
All three banks are participants of system of insurance of contributions. Revocation of license for banking operations is insured. The Agency on insurance of contributions (ASV) in accordance with the law through authorized banks will begin payments to depositors no later than December 2, 2016. Each investor, including an individual entrepreneur (SP), is entitled to receive promptly compensation insurance.
“In terms of placement of funds in assets of low quality KB “Metropol” LLC inadequately assessed in connection with these risks. As a result of execution of requirements of Supervisory authority about formation of the necessary reserves for possible losses, adequate, taken risks, the credit organization, often there are grounds for implementing measures to prevent insolvency (bankruptcy). Besides, KB “Metropol” LLC was involved in dubious transactions”, – said the regulator.
According to the third quarter, deposits of physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs, on the accounts of “Metropol” was to 2.09 billion rubles, funds of non-credit organizations – 2,49 billion.
“OLMA-Bank” is accused of repeatedly violated the banking legislation and statutory acts of Bank of Russia.
The Bank made a decline for three consecutive months the amount of own funds (capital) below the minimum established by the Federal law “On banks and banking activities”.
According to the third quarter, deposits of physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs, on the accounts of “OLMA-Bank” amounted to 502 thousand rubles, funds of non-credit organizations – 91,634 million.
“When poor asset quality of AKB Nzbank, JSC inadequately assessed in connection with these risks. Proper assessment of credit risk and objective reflection of the value of assets in the financial statements of the credit institution led to a complete loss of its equity (capital)”, – stated in the message controller.
According to the third quarter, deposits of physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs, on the accounts of “Nsbank” amounted to 1.77 billion roubles, funds of non-credit institutions – RUB 2.6 billion, amounts due to credit institutions – 31 thousand rubles, loans, deposits and other funds of the Central Bank 154,11 million.
