The head of the independent Commission of the world anti-doping Agency (WADA) Richard McLaren did not have enough evidence in some cases that were mentioned in the investigation. It was forced to admit the Director-General of the organization Olivier Niggli, who spoke Thursday at a Board of founders of the Agency in Montreal.
