Chelyabinsk Deputy who beat the bailiff and a police officer received 2 years of a colony-settlements
In Chelyabinsk region the sentence on criminal case concerning the Deputy of Council of deputies of uysky municipal district of Vladimir Glushakov. He was found guilty of assaulting employees of the Federal bailiff service and the interior Ministry.
According to the court decision the people’s Deputy Vladimir Glushakov will spend 2.5 years in a colony-settlement, informs the official website of the regional Department of the RF IC.
It is established that on 11 January 2016, in the village of Berezovka uysky district Vladimir Glushak “inflicted several blows to the head police officer, which caused the locals to prevent conflict with the accused in domestic violence”.
In the course of a criminal investigation also found that Glushak illegally kept in his residential house in the village of Berezovka uysky district more than 1.2 kg of smokeless powder hunting.
In 2014, the Deputy of Council of deputies of uysky municipal district Vladimir Glushakov was sentenced to five months hard labor for beating bailiff-executor. Then he was stripped of his license for owning a hunting weapon, but in accordance with the law of explosives surrendered.
“In the course of a criminal investigation, the investigator made a representation to the Chairman of the Board of deputies of uysky municipal district, to eliminate causes and conditions that contributed to the Commission of the crime,” – said in a press release.
Deputy Vladimir Glushak was found guilty under part 1 of article 318 (“violence against a representative of power”) and part 1 of article 222.1 (“Illegal storage of explosives”) the criminal code of the Russian Federation.
