The leaders of ten public organizations of Abkhazia appealed to the presidential envoy in the southern Federal district Vladimir Ustinov and Governor of Krasnodar Krai Veniamin Kondratyev with a request to react to the situation. The former head of the Kabardino-Balkar Republic, Senator Arsen Kanokov appealed to the authorities of the Kuban with the call to “be flexible”.
