Tennis players of the Czech team for the third consecutive time and fifth time in six years became the owner of the Federation Cup.

In the final match, in Strasbourg, the Czechs 3-2 defeated the hosts of the court of France, which was lost on its course 1-2.

The fate of the trophy was decided by a doubles match. Karolina Pliskova and Barbora Strycova in 2 hours 10 minutes to beat Caroline Garcia and Kristina Mladenovic with a score of 7:5, 7:5.
