Sergey Moskvin, the Director of the printing company “Printing Express” on altufyevskoe highway, in which a fire killed 17 people – citizens of Kyrgyzstan and the Russian Federation, paid compensation to all the victims. The journalists of the Agency “Interfax” said his lawyer Elena zvezdina.

“Sergei Moskvin paid compensation for moral and material harm to all the victims, it was his decision,” – said on Friday zvezdina, while not specifying the amount of money paid.

Earlier, on 25 October, Ostankino court of Moscow extended the arrest of Moskvina until November 27. According to the lawyer, its client will not appeal the extension of the arrest and the first court’s decision. He admitted his guilt, said zvezdina.

In mid-September the General Prosecutor’s office opened a new criminal case against Sergei Moskvin. The day before the Ostankino court of Moscow sent under arrest engineer of the printing house of Anton Yatskovaresponsible for compliance with fire safety requirements. Both of them were charged under part 3 of article 219 of the criminal code (“Violation of fire safety requirements”).

“On materials of public Prosecutor’s check concerning the Director of the Moscow printing works, where a fire killed 17 people, a criminal case about the organization of illegal migration”, – said the official representative of the Prosecutor General Aleksandr Kurennoy.

A fire in the printing house building in the North of Moscow took place in the early morning of August 27. Almost all the victims are young women under the age of 25 years. Fourteen of them – citizens of Kyrgyzstan and three Russians, one of the victims was pregnant. In the hospital were taken in critical condition three citizens of Kyrgyzstan – printing staff.

That the citizens of Kyrgyzstan were allegedly illegal immigrants, said the lawyer of the publishing Director. On the meeting with the Deputy Chairman of the state service of migration of Kyrgyzstan Diamond Asanbaev explained that citizens of the participating countries of integration associations, have the right to work in Russia without a patent, on a par with citizens of the Russian Federation.
