“One of the interesting initiatives that are intended to support a faction, is an initiative of our colleague Yevgeny Fyodorov, who has offered to make a parliamentary inquiry at “Alfa-Bank” in connection with its financing of so-called anti-terrorist operation”, – said the MP reporters, adding that the proposal was supported by the faction.
Fyodorov, referring to reports on the Internet, asked to check the “Alfa-Bank” possible relations with the Ukrainian power units. “Thus, the state budget of Ukraine, which should be funded soldiers of its armed forces, paid into the accounts of private commercial Bank and used to pay salaries in the area of “anti-terrorist operation” Ukrainian security officials responsible for the deaths of thousands of civilians during armed conflict in the South-East of the country”, – quotes Agency the quote from the proposal of the Deputy.
Earlier, the United Russia, told RIA “Novosti”that, in his opinion, law enforcement needs to check whether the Ukrainian security forces in the area ATO will receive salary and other types of money allowances through the structures of “Alfa-Bank”. He also noted that we are talking about soldiers who “carry out punitive operations, killing Russian people in Ukraine”.
The question of cooperation with “Alfa-Bank” with the Ukrainian power structures actualized after the activists of the National liberation movement (NOD) conducted in several Russian cities share the name “Friedman and “Alfa-Bank” working for whom?”. Thus, social activists intended to draw attention to the fact that the Ukrainian soldiers in the conflict zone get paid through the offices of “Alfa-Bank”.
In comments to RBC representatives of credit institutions noted that the Ukrainian “Alfa-Bank” is a separate and independent structure which is not connected with the Russian “Alfa-Bank” and is not a subsidiary. The same applies to the “Alfa-Bank” in Belarus and Kazakhstan. At the same time, the Russian “Alfa-Bank” claim that never funded and not funded by the parties to an armed conflict.
Add Ukrainian “Alfa-Bank” and the Russian “Alfa-Bank” have some common shareholders. In both cases, the biggest beneficiaries are Mikhail Fridman and German Khan. Both banks are listed on the website “alpha Groups” among the operating companies holding company ABH Holdings S. A. (ABHH).
