The former Senator from Chechnya Umar Dzhabrailov, who in a late August shooting in a hotel in the centre of Moscow and subsequently repeatedly to justify his behavior by the concussion, was appointed psychiatric examination. A common practice in the course of the investigation. But [on the appointment of a psychiatric examination] we [officially] know nothing,” – said the Agency interlocutor.
Earlier it was reported that the case is also assigned to a ballistic examination, which sent the gun Dzhabrailov with the remaining bullets, shell casings and bullets.

Dzhabrailov after a scandalous incident at the hotel repeatedly commented on the incident, while giving different explanations of their actions.
