Ex-Senator from the Chechen Dzhabrailov was charged with disorderly conduct after the shooting in a Moscow hotel
The former Senator from Chechnya Umar Dzhabrailov, who in a late August shooting in a hotel in the centre of Moscow and subsequently repeatedly to justify his behavior by concussion, has issued a formal charge.
According to the Agency “Interfax”, ex-Senator accused under part 1 of article 213 of the criminal code (“Hooliganism committed with a weapon”). “He admitted his guilt,” – said informed the press.
However, he said that currently, Dzhabrailov is a psychological and psychiatric examination to determine his sanity. “After receiving the results of the examination, he will be charged, and the procedure of familiarization with the materials of the case”, – concluded the source.
Meanwhile, as reported by the RBC press-Secretary of ex-Senator Gregory Gorchakov, “no official charges against the businessman were not filed”.
Earlier it was reported that a criminal case had also been appointed ballistic examination, which sent the gun Dzhabrailov with the remaining bullets, shell casings and bullets.

Dzhabrailov after a scandalous incident at the hotel repeatedly commented on the incident, while giving different explanations of their actions. First, the former Senator said in the hotel room he wanted to check my premium gun, and gunshots in the ceiling was accidental.
Then Dzhabrailov said that the management and the hotel security wanted him to survive that allegedly provoked him. The businessman claimed that he worked for the concussion and began a rebellious protest. “Sorry, I’m a man shell-shocked. I’m a combatant, I reserve officer. Fought in Chechnya… And apparently it worked…” – has explained eks-the Senator apologizing for his behavior before the Russian public.
Later Dzhabrailov added another explanation to existing accounts of what was shot because of anger at the greedy “Commerce”. According to the businessman, the shooting was preceded by its conversation with business men that he was asked to help a charity. They refused, although, according to ex-Senator, could help the organization that needs, as they are billionaires.
