Public chamber of Russia formed the new composition of the public monitoring commissions – human rights bodies, monitoring compliance with legislation in prisons. The results of the elections to the Moscow ONK human rights activists call it a defeat, reports “Echo of Moscow”.

Only the results of the elections of members of the PMC declared in 42 regions of Russia. In Moscow the Commission included 31 people.
