In Astrakhan have denounced the Chapter and three members of the election Committee for a fake of signatures of voters for the sake of increasing turnout
The court in Astrakhan has sentenced a Chairman and three members of the precinct election Commission, podlaskim signatures of voters in the past elections to the state Duma and in the regions for a fictitious increase turnout.
55-year-old Chairman of the PEC N231, Valentina Maksimova and her three subordinates – the 35-year-old Svetlana gold, 30-year-old Maria Alexandrova and 29-year-old Elena Anisimova, found guilty of falsification of electoral documents (article 142 of the criminal code), according to the regional Investigative Committee.
All figurantok appointed punishment in the form of conditional imprisonment with a probation period of two years: Maximova – two years, Golda and Anisimova, one year and eight months, Alexandrova – half years.
According to investigators, August 25, 2015 Maksimova as the Chairman of the PEC, have received the list of voters for this precinct, consisting of 77 sheets. Further Maximova produced ten copies of this list, which were subsequently used in the formation of logs of the voters lists together with the originals.
In the future, to increase voter turnout Maximov, Golda, Alexander and Anisimov falsified signatures, testifying to the alleged obtaining of ballot papers stated in the SC.
This is not the only thing
After a Single voting day on 13 September, observers and Western media stated about numerous violations at polling stations in different regions, including Astrakhan region.
As reported in Astrakhan, the police received 27 complaints from citizens who complained including the behavior of the precinct electoral Commission and the wrong list of voters. Also there were reports of ballot stuffing.
On 21 September, the Chairman of the Central election Commission, Ella Pamfilova announced that the results of the elections to the Duma were abolished in nine polling stations in Adygea, Dagestan, Mordovia Republic in St. Petersburg as well as in Belgorod, Nizhny Novgorod and Rostov regions.
In Rostov-on-don on the fact of ballot stuffing by the member of the election Committee opened a criminal case. Accusations of ballot rigging and stuffing of ballot papers presented to the Chairman of the precinct election Commission N1958 Proletarian district of Rostov-on-don, Secretary and one member of the Commission.
Also a criminal case because of ballot stuffing were brought against the Chairman of the precinct electoral Commission in the Belgorod region. The results of the elections in this area was cancelled.
In early November, the representative of the head of the Central election Commission Ella Pamfilova came to Saratov, to settle the scandal around the ballot stuffing for the “United Russia” at polling station N96 during the elections, which the ruling party received a constitutional majority in the state Duma of a new convocation.
