Six journalists, photographers and media managers will stand trial in France for publishing photos of British Princess Kate Middleton Topless in 2012, according to Le Parisien. The court is likely to begin in 2017.
The journalists are accused of violation of privacy. We are talking about employees of the newspaper La Provence, magazine Closer Magazine and former Prime Minister of Italy Silvio Berlusconi Arnoldo Mondadori Editore.
Photos were also printed in Denmark, Ireland and Sweden. Will the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William to sue the publications of these countries, is still unknown.
