In Moscow at a building of Federal service of execution of punishments (FSIN) on rye street picket in support of the first convicted in an updated article 212.1 of the criminal code (“For repeated violation of rules for holding public events”) Ildar Dading, complained of torture and beating at the Segezha colony IK-7. The protesters handed to the representative of the office a statement demanding to conduct an investigation and parted after promising to provide him with security.

As follows from the live broadcast, which was conducted in Facebook Dmitry Melekhina, the leadership of the Federal penitentiary service was found with his wife Ildar Dading Anastasia Zotova and promised “to hold a hand on pulse” and to ensure his safety.

The audience wrote a statement in the Federal penitentiary service, demanding to investigate the facts, recorded on October 31, 2016 with the lawyer Dading Alexei Lipcer. Some activists went inside the building “to request a meeting with the leadership of the Federal penitentiary service”. According to Philip Kireeva, a representative of the Federal penitentiary service made the statement.
