Court of the Republic of Karelia has sentenced people’s Deputy of the Olonets urban settlement Alexander Bibilov. 38-year-old MP, who last worked in that office, have taken their debtors to the woods and beaten there, forcing you to repay debts with great interest.
According to the decision of the Russian Themis the moneylender Alexander Bibilov will spend behind bars for 2.5 years. To serve his sentence he will be in a colony-settlement, informs the official site of Republican management of SK Russian Federation.
It is established that in the period from 2013 to 2015, Alexander Bibilov “entered into loan agreements with the residents of the Olonets district, under which borrowers had to repay on short term cash with interest”. For example, a former Prosecutor could give local worker five thousand rubles, and two weeks later demanded eight thousand rubles including interest, wrote to the online newspaper “News of Karelia” with reference to one of the inhabitants of Olonets.
Given the fact that the interest payments to taxpayers were deliberately inflated, citizens could not always pay his former attorney, whom they chose in the legislative authority. Then Bibilov, demanding payment, “took out of debtors by car to a deserted place and beat”.
The torture of people trapped in financial bondage to the former security forces, happened in the forest. Debtors Bibilov received death threats and other “punishments”.

At the request of the investigator court sentenced the defendant the measure of restraint in form of detention. Bibilov was charged with part 2 of article 330 (“Arbitrariness”), part 1 of article 222 (“Illegal acquisition, storage of ammunition”) the criminal code of the Russian Federation.
It is known that Alexander Bibilov worked as an investigator of the Prosecutor’s office of Petrozavodsk, and also held the post of the Prosecutor of the Olonets district. After retirement he has engaged a private law practice.”
