In Khakassia detained two more participants of mass riots in colony N35 city of Abakan organized in July 2016 prisoners-Muslims. About it on Thursday reports a press-service of the Investigative Committee for the Republic.
According to authorities, on Wednesday, October 12, was arrested a 28-year-old Holbek Yuldashev, convicted in 2014 under part 2 of article 228 of the criminal code (illegal acquisition, storage, transportation, manufacturing of drugs without sales objective) to three years imprisonment, and 38-year-old Muhamadani Abdurakhmanov received in 2015 on part 2 of article 161 of the criminal code (robbery), two years of imprisonment.
As noted in the message, Yuldashev and Abdurakhmanov accused of committing a crime under part 2 of article 212 of the criminal code (participation in mass riots).
Currently, the criminal case about mass riots in colony arrested seven organizers of the revolt and three participants. Against Yuldashev and Abdurakhmanov, the investigators also intend to address in court with the petition for election of a measure of restraint in form of detention, reported in the UK.
According to investigators, late in the evening of 24 July, a group of prisoners staged a riot in the colony, “unreasonably wanting to change the conditions of detention” “contrary to the established internal regulations of the correctional institution and the regime of serving punishment in a correctional facility of General regime, knowing about the hostile attitude of a part of a negative-minded convicts prison staff”.
The organizers of the riots took part in them together with other inmates. The rebels have destroyed and damaged the property of the Federal service of execution of punishments (FSIN) of Russia, having in the colony the arson and pogroms of buildings of residential buildings, the report said regional UK. Earlier investigation reported that the pogrom was attended by 242 prisoners.
In the case questioned 98 employees UFSIN, 317 prisoners, 268 appointed is judicial-medical examinations. Damage caused to colonies is estimated at 2.77 million rubles. The criminal investigation continues.
The press-service of SU IC in the Khakassia Republic also announced the completion of a criminal investigation 28-year-old Tajiddin Safarov, who is accused of deliberate causing of heavy harm to health, entailed on imprudence death (part 4 of article 111 of the criminal code), one of the rioters in the colony N35.
Found that Safarov on August 6 at a yard colony N33, which moved the part of the prisoners IR-35 after the riots, beat 29-year-old Savusa Sabirova, who said in his address insults. August 9, he died in the hospital of Abakan.
