The investigators of the capital of GSU SK Russia opened a criminal case on the guards, suspected of robbery. Criminals conducting illegal investigations, assigned precious stones and money of a businessman, trading in amber.
“Today, in the framework of the case under investigation investigators conducted searches at the residence and in the offices of the police,” – said in a press release posted on the official website of the investigative Department.

According to investigators, in March 2016 in the commercial center of the settlement on the Moscow Novomoskovsky administrative area the staff of criminal investigation Department in these areas, exceeding his proper authority, “under the guise of carrying out quickly-investigation actions openly stole from the entrepreneur gems worth at least 1.5 million rubles.”
After the theft of stones by the police unlawfully seized the keys to the victim’s vehicle located in the Parking lot of the business center. The guards searched the car and secretly stole 200 thousand rubles. Further, under the threat of criminal prosecution, the police escorted the victim to the nearest ATM. There, they forced the merchant to remove the card 200 thousand roubles and to give the money to them.
The identity of the robbers in uniform were established in the course of joint work of the investigators of SK of the Russian Federation and employees of private security GU MVD in Moscow. Against unscrupulous police opened a criminal case under part 3 St. 286 the criminal code (“Excess of powers of office”). The defendants face a sentence of 10 years imprisonment.
In turn, the press service of GU Ministry of internal Affairs in Moscow reported that some heads of the detained police officers will be brought to strict disciplinary responsibility up to dismissal from their posts, and officers found guilty will be dismissed from the internal Affairs bodies on negative motives.
