The Prosecutor’s office of the Saratov region took under control investigation of criminal case about extortion of money from the debtor. The victim was deprived of liberty and beat, demanding to repay a microfinance institution. The hostage managed to pay off a few thousand.
It is established that the duty of the police Department N2 26 Oct 2016 received a complaint from a resident of the Zavodskoy district of Saratov. Citizen claimed that the collectors he and his family had received repeated threats. In addition, “unknown to the applicant of the person extorting him 70 thousand rubles, caused him bodily injury,” according to the official website of the regional Prosecutor’s office.
The audit revealed that in 2013, between the microfinance institution and the applicant was signed the loan agreement. After some time on subscriber telephone numbers of the applicant and members of his family began to receive SMS-messages with the request of repayment and threats of physical violence. From the threats of the collectors are moved to action.
“The victim illegally detained for more than a day in the apartment in the Factory area”, – stated in a press release. There the debtor had been beaten. The man got freedom only after it has met the requirements of attackers and transferred to the Bank card of seven thousand rubles.
According to the facts 22 November 2016 opened a criminal case under paragraph “a,” part 2 of article 163 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“the Extortion made by a group of persons upon a preliminary collusion, with the use of violence”).

Collector beat a bitch
Two similar cases of violence and threats from collectors identified in Engels, Saratov region. There on 18 and 19 November 2016 the duty of MU MIA “Engels” received a complaint from a citizen whose family also faced threats in the address.

November 17, 2016 at approximately 19:00 to the place of residence of the applicant came several young men, who began to make demands for return of funds under the loan agreement. Then one of the young men “inflicted several blows to the victim”.
Police have established the identity of the collector who beat the woman. He was a brother of the detainee informed the employee mircofinance organization, also extorted money from one of the borrowers.
The suspect, born in 1993 charged under paragraph “a,” part 2 of article 163 of the criminal code (“Extortion”). The court directed the petition for election to it measures of restraint in form of detention.

Police identified the suspect. He was a man born in 1990. The collector is charged under part 1 of article 163 of the criminal code. The court directed the petition for election to it measures of restraint in form of detention. The man faces a sentence of four years imprisonment.
