In the capital, Seoul, South Korea on Saturday began with a mass rally demanding the resignation of President Park Geun-Hye in the streets of the city went up to a million people. The meeting is protected by about 25 thousand police officers. According to the interior Ministry in the centre of the city gathered to 260 thousand people. The organizers announced plans to raise up to a million people – that is, to take to the streets every tenth inhabitant of the capital of Korea. “Interfax” reports that the protestors are workers, students, pensioners and young couples with children.

Held in the Saturday demonstration was the third large-scale campaign for the last time and the largest in Asia for almost 10 years.
