The court of Stavropol territory has pronounced a sentence 16-to the summer resident abundant, who was found guilty of beating elderly relatives and foster parents. A teenager was threatened with a knife to his aunt.

According to the court a young man will spend behind bars for one year, six months and 10 days. To serve time it will be in an educational colony, informs the official website of the regional Department of the RF IC.

As follows from the materials of the criminal case, from March 30 2015 to 21 January 2016 the teenager, “demanding money for personal needs, was systematically beaten by their foster parents, which were the disabled of group I and 65-year-old grandmother.”

On the morning of 18 January, the aunt of a teenager reprimanded him and demanded to stop mockery of foster parents. In response, the boy began to threaten the woman with a knife.

During the investigation, the teenager was charged under paragraph “b” of part 2 of article 117 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“cruel treatment of a person known to the perpetrator in a helpless state”). He faces a penalty of imprisonment for a term of three to seven years.

Initially the teenager was charged with and part 1 of article 119 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“Threat by murder”), but in the latest official release, this article is not mentioned.

The address of the Chairman of the Commission on Affairs of minors of administration of Izobilnensky area brought representation about acceptance of measures on elimination of the circumstances promoting committing a crime, reported IA Regnum.
