In the case of corruption detained the Deputy chief of Department of the Moscow Central Directorate of the Federal Agency for transport supervision
In Moscow investigators detained the Deputy chief of Department of road supervision across the Western, southern and South-Western administrative districts of the Central management of State road supervision (Rostransnadzor) of the capital Maxim Morgun, who was third officer of the Department who were detained on charges of bribery. This was reported on Friday, September 30, on the website of the Main investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in Moscow.
Criminal case as regards 6 articles 290 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“bribe reception”) and part 5 of article 291 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“bribery”) previously detained the head of Department of state road supervision of Moscow region of the Federal service for supervision in the sphere of transport, Igor Surzhikov and inspector of the Metropolitan territorial division of the Artem Vysotsky.
It is assumed that they patronized the illegal transportation of passengers from the railway stations of Moscow. The result imputes to them receiving bribes for the sum over one million roubles from businessmen for warning them about upcoming inspections. According to the source “Interfax”, the suspects were engaged in extortion from transport enterprises in the sphere of passenger transportation on taxis.
The investigators established the involvement of Wink to commit the same crime, the suspect is detained, is spoken in the message of SK. Today, the investigation seeks the court about election of a measure of restraint in respect of the three defendants in the criminal case.
Previously, the investigators took on his own recognizance and appropriate behavior, the two suspects in the bribery, which are the heads of commercial organizations providing services in the field of regional passenger transport.
On 28 September the office were searched, after which the investigators brought more than 20 people to testify.
