Member of the presidential Council on human rights (HRC) Igor Kalyapin, who along with his colleague Pavel Sicovam called for in the Karelian colony N7 opposition activist Ildar Dading, complained earlier beatings and torture by the employees of the FSIN, was made for the transfer of a prisoner to another colony. Earlier the same proposal was made by the Commissioner under the President of the Russian Federation for human rights Tatyana Moskalkova.

In conversation with journalists of”Vedomosti” Kalyapin said that the Dading not want to transfer to another colony, previously insisted the Ombudsman. “Moskalkova law, it is necessary to translate, as the conflict is acute. In some situations, Dading believed that defends human rights, and in fact violated the conditions of detention and irritated the prison officials: they are all a manifestation of insolence, criminal inclinations,” he said.

According to Kalyapin, the activist Dading and employees of the penal colony is “two different worlds do not understand each other.” “When the Dading with the libertarian position says about constitutional rights, prison officials believe that mock at them in a sophisticated manner. And both sides are quite sincere. So nothing good is not over,” added the member of the HRC.

Ildar Dading – the only convicted under article 212.1 of the criminal code after her appearance in the new edition of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation in the summer of 2014. March 31, the Moscow city court has mitigated the sentence to activist for six months.
