The investigating bodies of the Irkutsk region opened a criminal case on the fact of bullying in Usol cadet corps, reports the website of the Investigative Department of the RF IC in the region. The case was brought on signs of the crime under part 1 of article 293 of the criminal code (“Negligence”).

“According to investigators, in October 2016 at the cadet boarding school “Usol guards cadet corps” has been the beating of some students by others. However, the pedagogical and the management team of the boarding school did not take steps to prevent the repetition of the facts of beating of children”, – stated in the message.

Investigators believe that this caused significant violation of rights and legitimate interests of minors.

“At present, questioned the students, teachers and the management of Usol cadet corps. The criminal investigation is ongoing,” – said in a press release.

On the website of the housing it is reported that UGCC created on the basis of the decision of the Governor of the Irkutsk region of September 23, 2003. The founder of the school is the Ministry of education of the Irkutsk region. UGCC is located in a green area of the city Usolye-Siberian on the territory of former military unit of the Ministry. The purpose of the corps is to prepare the cadets for professional service to the Fatherland in civil and military field, the formation of General culture of personality.

The basis of the training and education of cadets is the “Cadet of Russia”, which includes training in tactical, fire, drill. The corps implemented the defense-the sport profile, conducted paramilitary games, there are various sports clubs. Cadets are highly qualified specialists. Developed a program where cadets, worthy of the NCO ranks, learn the basics for Junior commanders and become assistant teachers and caregivers. Since 2010/2011 academic year the cadets go to especially made for them uniform. Training in the housing is conducted from the seventh to the 11th class, learn more than 70 people.
