Investigators of the Irkutsk region has transferred in archive of the criminal case on the fact rape and murder of a minor schoolgirl. The corpse of the victim was discovered in the trunk of the car. The suspect in this crime a man was found hanged in prison.

According to the staff of the Federal penitentiary service, the alleged pedophile committed suicide. And it happened on 19 August 2016 in jail N3 Taishet. Now, in connection with the death of the only suspect, the investigation was discontinued. It is reported IrkutskMedia.ru with reference to regional GU FSIN.

As follows from the materials of the criminal case, 13-year-old resident of Biryusinsk went missing on may 22. However, her parents contacted the police only after two days.

To establish her whereabouts was immediately formed a search party of the rescue workers, local residents, volunteers and police. For two days the missing person was engaged in more than 100 people.

May 26, the girl’s body was discovered in the trunk of the car, which belonged to 44-year citizen of Biryusinsk. The police arrested the alleged offender. The man has given grateful evidences.

May 30, the suspect was arrested for two months. The corresponding decision was made Taishet municipal court. During interrogation the accused admitted that before the murder engage with the victim in a sexual relationship.

The suspect was a neighbor girl. But in the 1980s, he was convicted for robbery.

The investigation was discovered the suicide note of a girl, which indicated that the girl wanted to commit suicide. It is established that the note was written by a child no earlier than a month before the murder.

A criminal case was opened under part 3 of article 131 (“Rape of minors”), part 4 of article 132 (“Violent actions of sexual nature committed against a person under 14 years of age”) and item 105 (“Murder”) the criminal code of the Russian Federation.
