The office of the Prosecutor of Khabarovsk territory has approved the indictment on criminal case concerning 39-the summer inhabitant of the Nikolaev area. He was a participant in the massacre 21 years ago, in the course of which were drowned in the hole the man and his wife. The victims were the parents of girls subjected to gang rape. And the violence perpetrated on them are the rapists and their mother the desire to escape from responsibility.

Defendant native of the village Magician is charged with paragraph “d, e, f, h, h” of article 102 of the RSFSR criminal code (“Murder of two persons, committed with special cruelty a group of persons upon a preliminary collusion, with the aim to conceal another crime”). “Other accomplices in the crime were previously convicted and currently has already served his sentence”, – informs the official website of the regional Prosecutor’s office.

For two decades the man, hiding from justice, he lived in complete secrecy: he didn’t file a single document anywhere officially did not work and was forbidden to speak to his son that he has a father.

According to investigators, in September 1995, the defendant raped a 14-year-old girl from the village. By the time behind 18-year-old boy already had two convictions: for theft and disorderly conduct. The mother and stepfather of the victim girl approached the police. The rapists faced a sentence of 15 years imprisonment or death penalty (the moratorium was introduced in April 1997). However, the Russian law enforcement system, in an effort to severely punish the criminals, are unable to ensure the safety of the victim.

First the girl and her parents tried to intimidate, but the family did not take away the statement from militia. “Then all this resulted in a showdown – said the head of the investigative Department of the city of Nikolaevsk-on-Amur regional Department SK of the Russian Federation Yevgeny Levchenko. The massacre took place 27 December 1995. When the angry teenagers under the guidance of their mothers began to break into the house, mother and stepfather raped the girls and ordered his daughter and her little sister to run. Children miraculously managed to slip out of the home while the attackers broke the door and Windows.

Seizing the parents of the victim, the criminals took them to the hole naked and with their hands tied. There teenagers and their mothers dealt with the head of the family, dipping it into the hole.

“A man was pulled out of the water in the cold, we pushed back and scrap has been driven under the ice,” added Yevgeny Levchenko.

The Prosecutor also noted that the destruction of the man caused his wife’s “special spiritual pain and the awareness of inevitable death in the same way.” From despair, the woman threw herself into the hole, which also was drowned. The victim’s feet and a successfully (scrap) drove under the ice.

“This monstrous crime, and it was deliberate. And the worst thing that incited this mother underage rapists. They fully approved of everything that happens, knowing that sons become murderers”, – said Evgeny Levchenko.

Three days later the bodies were found drowned. Investigators became clear that spouses were killed. In 1996 almost all the accomplices in the massacre were captured.

After 10 years managed to catch and the latest alleged killer. He faces a sentence of 15 years imprisonment. Collected incriminating material already submitted to the court.
