In Nyagan, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous region investigators opened a criminal case against men suspected of infanticide. The attacker was beaten to death the baby that bothered him with their cries.

According to investigators, in the period from 8:00 to 14:00 on 7 November 2016 the man, being in his apartment, “tired” to hear the cries and screams of his son two months. Then the young father struck the child “multiple punches to the head and various parts of the body”. From the injuries the baby died.
Murder suspect was detained as article 91 UPK the Russian Federation. Staff Nagasako Interdistrict investigatory Department SK of the Russian Federation initiated a criminal case under paragraph “C” of part 2 of article 105 of the criminal code (“Murder juvenile”).
The investigation took control of the heads of Department of the investigative Committee of KHMAO.

In Altai Krai sentenced 38-year-old resident of rebrikhinskiy district, who was also accused of infanticide.
It is established that in September 2003 a man, being intoxicated, struck two-year-old stepson numerous blows to the body and head due to the fact that he kept the glass in his hand and dropped it on the floor. A few days later the boy from the received traumas has died, according to the official website of the regional Department of the RF IC.
Of committing a serious crime, it became known casually and only 13 years old when a relative of the mother of the victim appealed to law enforcement agencies. The woman said that in February 2016, the man was beaten up by their nine-year-old son. On the given fact criminal case under article 116 of the criminal code (“Beating”).
“During the wife of the accused the investigative actions, information was received of a possible communion with her husband to the deprivation of life of her two year old son in 2003,” – said in a press release. In this regard, was filed the second criminal case.
The suspect denied his involvement in the death of stepson 13 years ago. However, a forensic examination (forensic Commission) showed that the deceased’s body had traces of multiple injuries, including a traumatic brain injury.
The man was found guilty under part 2 of article 105 of the criminal code (“Murder juvenile, committed with special cruelty”). He was given a sentence of 14 years of imprisonment with serving in a corrective colony of a strict mode.
