Police in Saratov region have detained previously convicted man and his accomplice, who are suspected of sexual offence and murder of the friend. The victim was killed during a booze, and the motive for the murder was the hostility caused by the fact that he had previously worked in law enforcement.

Criminal punishment for a 35-year-old resident of Lysogorskiy district, and his 21-year-old friend, according to the official website of the regional Department of the RF IC.

According to investigators, at night on 26 October 2016, the suspects came to 51-year-old villager in a private household located in the village of lysogorskaya Doenca district. During the feast, drinking of alcoholic beverages between the older man, previously brought to criminal responsibility, and the master of the house had a quarrel. Her reason was negative attitude to law enforcement officers, and the owner of property in 1990-e years he served in the militia.

“During the argument, the guest began to strike a 51-year-old victim multiple punches and kicks to the head and torso,” – said in a press release. The second person also began to beat the former guards.

Then the villagers, “acting jointly and in concert, using violence, committed violent acts of a sexual nature against the victim”.

After the rape, the beating of a retired security officer continued. In the end, the attackers threw the victim on the porch of the house and fled the scene. The victim died from hypothermia, writes “Vzglyad-info”.

Atkarsky Interdistrict investigative Department opened a criminal case under paragraph “a” of part 3 of article 111 (“Deliberate causing of heavy harm to health, committed by a group of persons”), paragraph “a” of part 2 of article 132 (“Violent actions of sexual nature committed by a group of persons with application of violence to the victim”) of the criminal code.

After the arrest, the suspects confessed to the crime.
