In the state Duma proposed to increase the number of Deputy assistants and increase their salaries. The corresponding bill was prepared by representatives of all Duma factions.
First Vice-speaker of the lower house of the Russian Parliament from the Communist party Ivan Melnikov has informed on Tuesday “Interfax”that he has put his signature under the document. According to him, the bill suggests increasing the number of assistants to deputies of the state Duma from five to seven. Two people are helpers for work in the state Duma; five assistants for work in the regions (currently three).
In addition, the document provides for the increase of their salaries from 165 thousand to more than 230 thousand rubles per month. “Moreover, a thorough calculation of financial (…) have an agreed figure, she more than 230 thousand rubles per month” – said Melnikov. According to him, additional funds are found as a result of optimization of internal expenses of the Council.
According to Melnikov, in addition to him this bill was signed by the representatives of other Duma factions. From the liberal democratic party supported the document Igor Lebedev, from “Fair Russia” – Sergey Mironov, the “United Russia” Sergei Neverov.
Melnikov said that the bill is more interested the representatives of the three opposition factions, since the result of the election their representation in the Duma was reduced. First Vice-speaker suggested that the bill will contribute to the consideration of the lower house on Wednesday, November 16.
