The costumes, which actors starred in the historical drama by Alexei Uchitel “Matilda”, can be seen at the exhibition, which opens on 2 December at the V St. Petersburg international cultural forum.

The exhibition dedicated to the painting about the relationship of the last Russian Emperor and ballerina Matilda Kshesinskaya, will be located in the Throne room of the Catherine Palace of the state Museum-preserve “Tsarskoye Selo”, where the shooting took place, reports RIA “Novosti”. The exhibition will see 70’s costumes, for the movie was made more than seven thousand outfits. In particular, the costume designers recreated the clothes of the participants of the ceremony of the coronation of Nicholas II.

Viewers will be offered to see details ball gown, evening, business dress of the last century and all kinds of accessories. The toilet was recreated based on sketches and watercolors of the last century, and surviving models.

The film, whose budget is $ 25 million, scheduled for 30 March 2017. The Russian Emperor in the film was played by German actor Lars, Eidinger known to participate in pornoseite of Peter Greenaway’s “Goltzius and the Pelican company”. Role in the film also played Louise Tungsten, Ingeborga Dapkunaite, Yevgeny Mironov, Galina Tyunina.
