In Vladivostok presented an art project on fashion of Russian emigration and the “white Apple tree” Silver age Larissa Anderson
In Vladivostok was held a presentation of the art project “the Return”, which talks about the fashion of the Russian emigration. Its Central figure was the renowned poet, dancer, and model Larissa Anderson, who at the beginning of the last century lived in the seaside capital, and after the arrival of the Bolsheviks together with his family was in Harbin, writes Deita.
According to the organizers, the project represents the return of Larissa Andersen Vladivostok is a place that the poet was very fond of, but was never able to return.
As a poet Larissa Anderson is virtually unknown in Russia, despite the fame and recognition in emigre circles of the first wave. So, Vertinsky called it “the grace of God talent” and other representatives of the Silver age – White Apple tree, Solveig, Heavenly Angel, a Sad Flower. For the first time in Russia, her work has been published in a collection of prose and poetry of the far Eastern emigration in 1991, and in 2006 he published a collection of poems, “Alone on the bridge”. This book also included the correspondence of the poet and dancer with Vertinsky, Vsevolod Ivanov, Irina Otherebay and memories of Andersen on the Russian émigré literary activity in China in the first half of the twentieth century.
The current exhibition in Vladivostok presents casual wear and weekend dress Larissa Andersen, household items, photographs and ornaments.
“In 2016, Larissa Andersen would have turned 105 years old. Larissa was incredibly talented, she is considered a real pearl of Russian emigration. After the Bolsheviks came, a little girl she was taken from the island of Russian in China. There passed his childhood and youth – ballet, poetry, singing, modeling, and translator. And there were a lot of dresses – exquisite gowns, accessories, shoes and costumes. We are fortunate that the archives and a large part of the wardrobe of this extraordinary woman has reached our days. Journalist Tamara KALIBEROV was friends with the poet, helped her to publish a poetry book, “Alone on the bridge” and now possesses an exclusive collection of dresses and accessories Larissa Andersen”, – stated in the announcements to the project.
The second part of the exhibition was the collection of the “Return N” to which designer Natalia Dara inspired outfits of the aristocratic society of Russia tsarist times and Russian emigration. The third part of the art project – exhibition of photographs by Igor Yegorov “Naked soul”.
Recall that in Kislovodsk there is the only Russian theatre-Museum of Russian emigration “Grace”. At the heart of his collection is concert costumes, decorations and personal belongings of the poet and composer Anna Smirnova-Marly, legends of the Russian emigration of the first wave and the heroine of the French resistance. Other permanent exhibits of the Museum dedicated to Admiral Alexander Kolchak and the native of Kislovodsk Anna timireeva to and ballerina, wife of Grand Duke Andrei Vladimirovich Mathilde Kschessinska.
