In Yakutia, check the nursing home after complaining of the seizure of pensions from persons with disabilities
The office of public Prosecutor of Yakutia conducts an audit of nursing homes in the capital of the Republic, whose guests have made a complaint about poor conditions of detention and unlawful confinement of pensions, said Saturday the Prosecutor General’s office.
After publications in mass-media state checking “of the Republican boarding house for the elderly and disabled” on the street Beketov in Yakutsk, reports “Interfax”. The audit will be given a legal assessment of the actions (inaction) of officials of social institutions for the implementation of state social standards in the provision of services for the elderly and the disabled, as well as the legality of the deduction from them of pension contributions in
oversized, noted in the Supervisory Agency.
As outlined in the statement of the Prosecutor General, “in the case of establishment of violations will be taken exhaustive measures of public Prosecutor’s reaction”.
Previously the Prosecutor’s office of Yakutsk were started checking other public institutions of such profile – “the Kapitonovskoye home for the elderly and
disabled they. V. I. Kononov”. One of the guests also complained about the unlawful confinement of a significant part of his pension.
