The international Paralympic Committee (IPC) on Monday said the Paralympic Committee of Russia (PKR) criteria for restoration of membership in the organization, reported on the official website of the IPC.

In particular, RCC as reparations will have to pay IPC 250 thousand euros per year during the suspension period, and then another 125 thousand euros annually for three years after returning to the organization.

These amounts are explained by additional costs associated with increased testing of Russian athletes. Payments must be received no later than December 31.

In accordance with the requirements RCC shall, before December 31 of this year to open an account at a German Bank with a balance of 500 thousand euros, the balance of which should not fall below 250 thousand.

Among the criteria also States that government officials cannot and should not hold any post in the RCC, including formal.

The document also States that RCC must comply with all the requirements of the world anti-doping program, and the participation of the Russian sportsmen should not compromise the integrity of the competition IPC.

The criteria for verification must also be in the areas of building anti-doping culture, anti-doping education, testing and management.

IPC plans in the coming weeks to invite representatives to a meeting of RCC to clarify the criteria in full and to provide a complete understanding of what is required of them.

In August on the basis of the report of the independent Commission of the world anti-doping Agency (WADA) under the leadership of Richard McLaren of the IPC did not allow Russian athletes to the Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro.
