Chechen broadcasting company “Grozny TV” showed how the head of the Republic Ramzan Kadyrov scolding a group of drivers arrested for driving a car while drunk. The head of Chechnya strict, but restrained, which contrasts with its appeals to kill addicts without judgment – a month ago, Kadyrov lost his temper, speaking of traffic violations.
According to the broadcaster, the management of traffic police have collected more than 170 drivers. “Speaking in front of them, the head of the Republic wondered how you can get behind the wheel of a car drunk and cause many ruined lives and destroyed families,” said “terrible TV”.
Kadyrov has once again reminded the detainees of the dire consequences of drinking and driving while intoxicated. The head noted that they endanger not only their lives but the lives of other road users. He urged them to give up the habit.
After a meeting with Kadyrov violators have again heard the statistics on traffic violations, which he has led the speaker of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic Magomed Daudov. “In the period from 27 September to 28 October on the territory of the Republic there were 27 accidents, in which 11 people were killed, 43 people injured.
