This information to journalists was confirmed by another source in the Kremlin. The meeting was held on Wednesday, November 9, in the presidential administration, which was attended by about ten people. It is reported that the conversation was also attended by the Minister of culture Vladimir Medinsky. At the end of October it was reported that the Minister met with Raikin and agreed to resolve the issues “without the involvement of the media”.
A source in the Kremlin told journalists that the meeting was “in the format of previous meetings Kirienko – from political scientists, sociologists and other leaders of public opinion”: “the Objective of these meetings is to discuss topical issues on the agenda and to predict the challenges in the next year”.
Konstantin Raikin confirmed to journalists that attended the meeting. According to him, the dialogue participants raised the issue of censorship in art.
