A contest of musical performers “Eurovision-2017″ unable to move from Kiev to Moscow because of bureaucratic delays and financial difficulties in Ukraine, says German newspaper Bild. In late November, Ukraine has received a final warning from the European broadcasting Union, which owns the brand of “Eurovision”.
