“Budget for the monument is not spent, the same as on the monument, which was built on folk remedies. 20 million rubles allocated by the Fund “Art, science and sport”, in addition sculptor donated his fee for the monument,” – told “Interfax” the Deputy Minister of culture of the Russian Federation Alexander Zhuravsky.
