The Department of regional security of the Moscow government agreed to the request of organizers “Russian March” to hold a demonstration on 4 November, national unity Day in the capital’s Lyublino district. About this channel “Rain” on Tuesday, said one of the organizers of the event Yuri Gorsky. Prior to that, Moscow authorities have rejected four applications for the March.

According to Gorsky, he was contacted by a representative of the Department and reported that on the eve of the meeting, which discussed the fate of the action, continued until late evening. “And the stars bowed in our direction. They say that March can come to ten thousand people, the rally – five thousand.

The Prefecture North-Western administrative district of Moscow refused to organizers “Russian March” rally. Commenting on the refusal, mountain in an interview with “Rain” said that now the organizers plan to apply a “plan B”, which includes “walk without attributes”. On Tuesday, he suggested that the authorities decided to agree to a request because they do not want activation of this plan.

“Russian March” nationalists carried out since 2005. In 2015, the split among right-wing radicals led to the fact that on 4 November in the capital were three actions under the same name “Russian March”.

Last week it became known that the Moscow authorities have agreed on a procession from the metro station “Oktyabrskoe pole” metro “Shchukinskaya” and rally November 4, the application for which was filed a number of nationalist organizations. As reported TASS the head of Department of regional security and counteraction of corruption Vladimir Chernikov, on the North-West of Moscow coordinated action of up to six thousand people. Also approved the promotion near the metro station “Ulitsa 1905 goda”, he said.

Head of the Department said that the agreement is not received shares, applications for which were filed by the leader of the banned in Russia movement “Russian” Dmitry Demushkin. Dyomushkin previously reported that the nationalists appealed to the Metropolitan municipality, a number of applications for the March “Russian March” on 4 November.

October 21 at the time of filing of the application in the mayoralty on carrying out “Russian March” Dyomushkin, who was previously under house arrest on criminal case about extremism, was arrested and the same day sent by the decision of Presnensky court under house arrest. According to investigators, Demushkin has posted on his page in the social network article extremist “to incite hatred and hostility towards a certain group of people”.
