A member of the Chuvash branch of the party PARNAS Dmitry Pankov started administrative proceedings for the repost of a message that mentioned included in the list of extremist slogan “Orthodoxy or death”. About it the oppositionist wrote on his page in Facebook.
Originally Pankov suggested that the administrative case initiated because of the likes under the post of its member of the same party Dmitry Semenov. “Sit in the administrative practice Department at the police station. Whether I liked post by Dmitry Semenov, or in some keyword search phrases extremist my page lit up. But half an hour later I’m in court,” – said Pankov.
Later it turned outthat in the court he was taken for a different reason – because of the repost of the administration page of PARNASSUS in 2013. On the above picture depicts the state Duma Deputy Vitaly Milonov, and says “we Need to ban porn, not to hurt the feelings of the virgins.” Demotivator was accompanied by unflattering characteristics to address Milonov: “St. Petersburg Deputy, wizard, fighter gay, a member of the OPG “Orthodoxy or death”.
Note that Semenov became involved in administrative Affairs and was summoned to the police after he reposted on the social network photo state Duma Deputy Vitaly Milonov in a t-shirt with the inscription “Orthodoxy or death”. The case was opened at 20.29 of the administrative code (production and distribution of extremist materials).
