On the Vostochny space centre was the Assembly of the carrier rocket “Soyuz-2.1 a” for the first start. In parallel, all complex systems are tested to confirm their readiness to launch the vehicle, which had planned to hold in late 2015, but was postponed in the spring of 2016.
According to the press service of the Center for operation of ground space infrastructure (TsENKI), completed installation of almost all systems of technological equipment for rocket-space complex “Soyuz-2.1 a”. System manufactured by enterprises of Russia.
Launch vehicle “Soyuz-2.1 a” will be put into orbit a satellite of Moscow state University “Mihajlo Lomonosov”, and in Samara Russia’s first student nanosatellite SamSat-218 is small and the spacecraft remote sensing of the Earth “AIST-2D”, said TASS. “Spacecraft “AIST-2D” and the nanosatellite, as well as the block of removal “Volga” plans to bring the East on January 23. 1 February spaceport plan to deliver the satellite “Mikhailo Lomonosov”, – reports the Agency with reference to the press service of TsENKI.
The satellites will be transported to the Land data in scientific experiments. They are developed by the staff of the rocket and space industry in cooperation with the students. “Mihajlo Lomonosov” was developed at MSU, “AIST-2D” – Samara state aerospace University.
Those battery tests are conducted practically on all systems of the launch complex of the cosmodrome. “Under the condition of providing the required construction completion tests at the launch complex is planned for March 25; March 26 here to begin complex tests of technological equipment,” – said in TsENKI.
Autonomous tests at a gas-neutralization station (CSN) begin on 25 January – it has already completed installation and commissioning are 11 systems of technological equipment. On February 15, scheduled to begin full system tests CSN.
The construction of the most expensive of the spaceport in the world, launched in 2012, is accompanied by a series of major scandals involving large-scale embezzlement of funds, abuse of office, delays in the payment of salaries to workers. In total, brought about 20 criminal cases, including connected with management of “Dalspetsstroy”.
Construction work on the spaceport was planned to end in 2015, the first launch was scheduled for December 25, 2015. However, during the construction serious lag from the schedule, some projects up to 240 days. In this regard, the construction site was repeatedly visited by the representatives of the country’s leadership, including the President.
In mid-October, Vladimir Putin, personally acquainted with the progress of work at the spaceport, moved the start for 2016. “Get ready for the first launches in 2016, in the spring, if you make it to the Day of cosmonautics, it’s good. If not, rush jobs are not necessary”, – said Putin, demanding not the triumphant reports, and quality resulting from the construction of the cosmodrome.
The first launch rocket “Soyuz-2.1 a”, delivered to Baikonur on 24 September last year, was scheduled for the end of 2015. But in early October it became clear that because of mistakes of designers and construction and testing part of the Assembly and test complex of launch vehicle launch site was not ready to accept the carrier rocket “Soyuz-2.1 a”. It turned out that the building where they were supposed to be washing and heating arriving at the spaceport, blocks, designed under a different modification of the carrier rocket “the Union” and does not match the size delivered to the launch site of the product. Besides the Assembly and test complex of launch site was not ready to work with the carrier rocket “Soyuz-2″.
