Dzerzhinsky district court of Perm has fined on five thousand roubles to the Perm organiser of anti-Putin rally “Tired!” Mikhail Maximov, finding him guilty of violating the order of holding of shares (article 20.2 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation), informs a portal “news of Perm”.

The violation, according to court records, was that he was at the event without an appropriate badge organizer.

In the Democratic coalition in the Perm region, Mikhail Kasimov, said the punishment was imposed despite the fact that prior to the meeting, none of the authorities have not specified activist to this violation, Kasimov pinned the badge on demand to the police about five minutes after the rally started.

Fine Kasimovo the judge awarded Diana Novoselov. The activist intends to appeal the court’s decision.

Another organizer of the same meeting, Valentin Murzaev, received from traffic police the decision about the penalty of 500 roubles for what before the meeting “passed the carriageway in an unspecified place”.

As reported on the website “Open Russia”, which organized a rally in several cities of Russia, in Perm it was held in the local “Hyde Park” Garden of stones, which have been identified by the municipality. The organizers insisted on the site in the center of the city the Esplanade or in front of the Department store, but they refused, citing the city Saturday.

The meeting brought together about 70 participants, mainly students and schoolchildren. Pupil of Lyceum N4 complained that she and her peers were locked in the auditorium and lectured about independence and Alexei Navalny. The management of the institution has put high school students on Saturday for 8-9 classes.

The group meeting in a social network “Vkontakte” was blocked on request of the Prosecutor General. The organizers will challenge this decision in court.

Speaking at the rally, activist Aleksey Bessonov noted that this year Putin “step over” Brezhnev foreign – 17 years in power. “They are gone, leaving a completely ruined country with destroyed system of control, wild corruption. You can’t miss such events” – summed up Bessonov (quoted by a local publication Mediazavod.ru).

Mikhail Kasimov took part in the rally with the speech: “I am Navalny and Khodorkovsky, and Maltsev, and for Kasyanov. Our leaders must unite to create a single unit. We need one candidate, it must be for lustration. If we do not see the names of our candidate, we are left with two options. One of them is revolution. It’s a terrible word, but it must be peaceful, as the feast of disobedience. Should reach millions. But it is better to elections. However, they should not be fictitious”.

After the meeting Kasimova was detained by the police for walking on the lawn and in the absence of the badge.

Organized by the “Open Russia” action “Tired” took place on 29 April. The participants collected signatures under the appeal to President Vladimir Putin with a request not to participate in the elections in 2018.

In Moscow there were no arrests, and in St. Petersburg were detained more than 120 people, with 72 of them made reports on participation in the unauthorized procession. On 10 may a court in St. Petersburg fined on 10 thousand roubles coordinator of the movement “Open Russia” Andrey Pivovarov for organizing this unauthorized action.
