Negotiations “channel four” in Berlin on 19 October was difficult, however, this was not a conversation in a raised voice, said press Secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov. Earlier, the Ukrainian media reported that during a meeting of leaders of Germany, France, Russia and Ukraine Petro Poroshenko raised his voice and appealed to Vladimir Putin to “you”, “No, you just stop shooting!”

“No talking in a raised voice was not. Of course,
the conversation was difficult, but at the same time, enough business and enough
constructive. Therefore, this information is not true” – quoted Peskov “Interfax”.

Details of the meeting on October 19 previously published by the Ukrainian online edition with reference to one of participants of negotiations of the Ukrainian delegation. In the article entitled “shoot to stop”, said that in some point discuss the situation in the Donbas, Poroshenko and Putin reportedly started talking in a raised voice.

According to the interlocutor of the edition, the Russian leader could not stand it and interrupted Poroshenko after he said directly to him: “you Know, for anybody not a secret, how much your weapons and troops in the occupied territories of Donbass. Why are we here? You to stop shooting.” The President of the Russian Federation, according to the source, tried to remind the colleague about the need for the implementation of the political agreements reached at the talks in Minsk in February 2015. In response, Poroshenko snapped and screamed, clicking on “you”, “No, you just stop shooting!”, claimed source.

As reported, the talks with Putin, Poroshenko, French President Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, which lasted almost five hours. October 20, Dmitry Peskov, confirmedthat the main outcome of the meeting was the agreement of all parties on the deployment of armed police mission of the OSCE in the Donbass.

Released on October 22 interview with Sergey Brilev in the program “Vesti on Saturday” of the Sands, again commenting on the results of the negotiations, noted that “the result can be stated as follows: the political will of the leaders of “Norman Quartet” reaffirmed that they will continue to work on implementation of the Minsk agreements”.

“They believe that the alternative to the Minsk agreements is not, and during the month at a high level of foreign Ministers and assistants, this work will continue. All interested in the fact that somehow the Minsk agreement remained a dead paper,” he said.

“As has been said by President Putin, we are interested in stable, prosperous, friendly, predictable Ukraine. Russia is really interested in a peaceful United Ukraine”, – said the press Secretary of the President. He noted that the Minsk agreement is, of course, not implemented – “most of the items, especially the political part, and to sell them was the Ukrainian side”.

According to Peskov, it is very important that in Berlin had confirmed the lack of the text of the agreements and is recognized and Petro Poroshenko. “Yes, Poroshenko is recognized Poroshenko acknowledged, because we have repeatedly heard different stuffing that we need some new documents, that is such an indirect attempt to replace the Minsk agreement. This substitution will not be all recognized that the starting point is the text of the Minsk agreements”, – said the representative of the Kremlin.
