“There are irrefutable facts,” – said Peskov, quoted by TASS. “(Impossible) to draw any conclusions without considering the latest information that was published by our military, namely the primary radar data, which recorded all aircraft or objects that could start or be in the air on the territory controlled at that time by the militias,” he said.

As noted by the representative of the Kremlin, these data are unequivocal and these data missiles (allegedly shot down the plane), no. “If there were a missile, it could be fired only from a different site. I’m not saying which is the business of specialists,” he said.

Joint investigation team conducting the criminal investigation into the collapse of the liner 28 September in the Dutch city of Nieuwegein (province of Utrecht) will present a report with the results of their work. In particular, the experts should tell us what weapons and where the plane was shot down. The specialists came to the conclusion that the ship was struck by a missile fired from the ground from anti-aircraft missile complex “Buk”. However, relative to the location from which the rocket was fired, the opinions differed: in the West and in Kiev in the incident accused the separatists in Russia believe that the crime involved the Ukrainian military.
