The shareholders of UC Rusal – “ONEXIM” Mikhail Prokhorov and structure of Viktor Vekselberg Lamesa Holding attracted a total of 2.46 billion Hong Kong dollars ($315 million) from the sale of approximately 3% of UC Rusal. The transaction is planned to finish on Wednesday, October 11. Representatives of the “Renova” Vekselberg and ONEXIM, declined to comment. According to two sources, Vedomosti, Prokhorov will receive half of the difference between the offering price and the price at which the structure Vekselberg and his partners Sual Partners bought shares from UC Rusal ONEXIM, in August. Then Zonoville Investment Vekselberg and his partners bought 7% of UC Rusal for 504 million dollars.

After the sale of the share of ONEXIM, UC Rusal will be reduced to 6%, Sual Partners – to 20.5%.
