Former Minister of economic development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev, accused of receiving bribes, were detained when leaving the office of “Rosneft” illegally, without any procedural status, said on Monday in Moscow city court, his lawyer Timofei Gridnev, reports TASS.

In fact, the speaker was arrested, which means delivery in bodies of inquiry or investigation, however, the FSB ignored the rules,” said the lawyer, noting that the speaker was neither a suspect nor an accused, had no procedural status.
In turn, the investigator told the court that the speaker was notified in advance of charges, and the investigators ‘ actions were legitimate. “In the course of drawing up the Protocol of detention was explained right (Ulyukayev), the article itself, which was suspected by the speaker, does not imply the participation of defence counsel in investigative actions.
