The President of Russia Vladimir Putin at a government meeting on Wednesday, November 2, said that the Fund “Talent and success”, the Chairman of the Board and one of the founders of which is the cellist Sergey Roldugin, inefficient use of allocated funds. According to “the Panama papers,” published in the spring of 2016, Roldugin is the owner of several offshore companies, the accounts of which are kept for two billion dollars.
“We are three hundred million tucked in there, and the money is used 15% there. This means that either still work while not deployed properly, or so much money is not needed, then it is necessary for other purposes to guide them. There is much we have money to send to the social sphere”, – Putin said, quoted by the Agency “Interfax”.
