President Vladimir Putin has declared that Russia can become the largest producer of food in the world. This is stated in the congratulatory telegram of the President to the workers of agriculture and processing industry.

Putin thanked them “for their creative and hard work, the generous and the rich crops grown by your hands and cares for high performance, which are the pride of Russia”.
